normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt'>本招标项目广东省东山（闽粤界）至潮州古巷公路(以下简称“本项目”)已由国家发展和改革委员会以发改基础[2014]1798号文批准建设，并取得交通运输部初步设计批复（交公路函[2014]698号），建设资金来自政府投入的资本金及国内银行贷款，项目出资比例为政府投入的资本金40%和国内银行贷款60%，招标人为广东省南粤交通潮漳高速公路管理中心。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的交通安全设施工程施工采用资格后审方式进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;punctuation-trim:leading'>本项目位于潮州市境内，路线起于饶平县东山镇（闽粤界），接福建省已建成通车的漳州至诏安（闽粤界）高速公路，途经浮山、浮滨、樟溪、磷溪、意溪、文祠、归湖镇，止于潮安区古巷镇，接在建的潮州至惠州高速公路。路线全长value="64.561"UnitName="km" w:st="on">64.561km，设特大桥4座、大桥30座、中小桥16座，隧道3座，互通立交6处，服务区1处，停车区1处，管理中心1处，主线收费站1处，治超站1处，桥隧比为28.1%，交通工程及沿线设施全线按value="64.561"UnitName="km" w:st="on">64.561km设置。本项目主线采用value="100"UnitName="km/h" w:st="on">100km/h设计速度，采用双向四车道高速公路技术标准，整体式路基宽度value="26"UnitName="米" w:st="on">26米。
