一、设备概述（equipment overview）
本设备一次完成护栏板板材的校平、冲孔、成型、切断等工艺。设备由双锥式被动放料机、校平部分、冲孔部分、成型部分、切断部分等部件组成。
本设备是生产二波护栏板的专用机组；

The equipment can form the highway guardrail with leveling, punching, forming and cutting etc. craft. It is co
nsisted with de-coiler, leveling section, punching section, forming section and cutting section etc.
备由放料架、矫平装置、2台液压冲孔装置（其中一个冲孔装置冲制板材联接孔，另一组为冲制板材中间加强孔）、辊压成型机、液压切断装置、电控系统、液压系统等组成。
